We've decided to postpone the Cookie Kit sale to later in the Spring so we can spread the fun stuff out. Keep an eye out for additional information and volunteer opportunities from your classroom reps this week. As always. we rely on our wonderful parent volunteers to make these events successful!

NIGHT OUT AT FENWAY PARK

We're excited to announce our annual Night Out at Fenway Park will be on Friday, May 12!! Don't miss out on your chance to join the community of Sprague & Hunnewell schools as we head to Fenway Park and cheer on our beloved Boston Red Sox. Deadline to order is Friday, January 20th!!

Game Info:

Friday, May 12th @ 7:10pm (vs St. Louis Cardinals)

Tickets are $44/person which includes a $5 donation to the PTO

To sign-up, please submit the bottom portion of the flyer that was sent home in your student's backpack including your check payable to the Sprague PTO.  (If you did not receive a flyer, please include your name, email address, phone number and number of tickets requested on a sealed envelope with your check.) Have your student drop the envelope in the Red Sox box located in the main office.

SPRAGUE PASTA NIGHT

Save the Date

Join Us at the 

Italo American Club in Wellesley 

Thursday, February 16th 

for the Sprague Pasta Night! 

Three Seatings (5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm) and a Take Out Option! 

Each ticket includes a bowl of spaghetti with marinara sauce, two meatballs, a roll and salad. Drinks will be available for an additional charge at the event.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, January 19th 

This event is open to the whole community, but please note, there are only 150 seats available for each time slot.

Thanks to our amazing community of Sprague families, we have been able to secure donations from local businesses and some generous packages for our March Raffle.

WEE DELIVER

Thanks to 4th Grade teacher, Mo Henzel, our internal Sprague Wee Deliver mail system is successfully delivering letters between students in the building! 

Parents are encouraged to pen a note to their kiddos too! 

You may drop your letter off in the small blue mailbox located in the school lobby. The kids love getting mail in the classroom.

Our next Walk, Ride & Roll to school day is Wednesday, February 1st

WELLESLEY GREEN SCHOOL MEETING

PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (PAC)

Join the PAC at our monthly coffee on Thursday, February 2nd at 9am at the home of Christine Mizzi at 16 Suffolk Road. 

If you are unable to attend this coffee, following are the dates for the remaining coffees in the 2022-2023 school year. All of them are on Thursday mornings as they have been for the past few years. The coffees will be hosted at the home of Christine Mizzi at 16 Suffolk Road from 9-10:30 am. Please feel free to bring a friend or forward to someone that you think may benefit from meeting others within the PAC community.
