We are looking forward to some great events. 

In February we'll have a Valentine's Day Cookie Sale as well as our first Spaghetti Dinner at the Italo American Club. Dates are on the calendar below - keep an eye out for additional information and volunteer opportunities from your classroom reps this week. As always. we rely on our wonderful parent volunteers to make these events successful!

UPCOMING SPRAGUE RAFFLE!

The raffle group is actively seeking a person(s) who would be able to assist in writing up brief blurbs summarizing the packages being raffled off. 

We are also looking for a person(s) who is familiar with Canva that can help us put together a couple of pieces of marketing.

WEE DELIVER

Thanks to 4th Grade teacher, Mo Henzel, our internal Sprague Wee Deliver mail system is successfully delivering letters between students in the building! 

Parents are encouraged to pen a note to their kiddos too! 

You may drop your letter off in the small blue mailbox located in the school lobby. The kids love getting mail in the classroom.

GRADE SOCIALS

We are still looking for party hosts in Grade 3

Grade 4 is planning a get together this month. Details to come!

WALK, RIDE, & ROLL TO SCHOOL - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

Our next Walk, Ride & Roll to school day is Wednesday, February 1st

BOY SCOUTS

Parents of boys in grades 6 and up… looking to try something new in 2023?  

Do you have a son who likes to go hiking, camping, or just messing around in the outdoors… or do you think he would enjoy these things if given the opportunity in a fun and supportive environment surrounded by other like-minded kids?  

Escape the indoors with Scouting and Wellesley Troop 185!  No experience with Scouting, camping or anything else needed. We meet most Mondays at 7:30pm in the social hall behind St. Paul's on Washington Street.  

Pizza party and open house on January 9th at 7:30pm.

WELLESLEY GREEN SCHOOL MEETING

Come hear how Wellesley's new schools will incorporate new, advanced green features to help the town meet its sustainability goals!   Fred Bunger from Wellesley's Climate Action Committee will present. WGS updates will also be discussed! All are welcome.

PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (PAC)

Join the PAC at our monthly coffee on Thursday, February 2nd at 9am at the home of Christine Mizzi at 16 Suffolk Road. 

If you are unable to attend this coffee, following are the dates for the remaining coffees in the 2022-2023 school year. All of them are on Thursday mornings as they have been for the past few years. The coffees will be hosted at the home of Christine Mizzi at 16 Suffolk Road from 9-10:30 am. Please feel free to bring a friend or forward to someone that you think may benefit from meeting others within the PAC community.
